From Frank Byers:
As a cheerleading coach, you begin to understand that you can also be a student as you journey through life with your athletes. Haley was a true student-athlete; excelling both in the classroom and on the cheer mat. She was the humble positive leader that every team needs to have and she had a way of loving people that made everyone feel special.
When someone young passes, there is the sentiment that they were “gone too soon.” For those of us who had the honor of knowing Haley on this side of heaven, we believe she has been taken too soon. But I know without a doubt it was God's will for her to be with Him and His words to her are “well done my child, well done."
Haley loved, lived, and laughed from her soul. She committed daily to love and serve others, and for that reason alone, she will continue to be a world changer in the lives of future generations. Haley’s legacy articulates what it means to live a selfless life committed to loving others well.
I am honored to have The Haley Sue Foundation as our organization's Nonprofit and Scholarship Program.
