Cheerleader America Fees

Nationals contestant package: 

Balance $550 (is the remaining balance after the $375 deposit.) and includes the following: 

All-Access Pass for National Shows  (plus 1) 

Events All Preliminary Competition Show Access (plus 1)

Cheerleader America Gatherings (plus1)

All Competition Fees

( There is no additional fee for a stunt partner.)


Contestant Ad Page: $350​ 

A Full-Color Ad Contestant Page Is required per contestant for the program Memory Book. The contestant is to submit: 1 high-resolution headshot.  


Haley Sue Foundation

Each contestant agrees to raise a minimum of $100 as an investment to the national foundation. All funds for the scholarship are paid directly to the foundation as they are tax-deductible. (You will receive a payment schedule in the registered titleholder welcome packet.)

VIDEO Assement Details:

Be sure to read all rules and regulations before applying—a video portion is required for Cheerleader America. Video Requirements:  Please state your full name clearly. If you are applying with tumbling, we would like to see one running tumbling pass (your best skill), One standing tumbling skill Two jumps. Please take 30 seconds and tell our panel more about you. If you are applying with stunting, we would like to see a minimum of 4 stunts. 

The video does not have to be professionally made. Just make sure the audio is clear when you speak, and your skills can be seen.

25% Interview (5min)   Junior Youth, Youth, Pre-Teen Divisions: It is never too early to develop healthy communication skills. We want to know who you are in this season of life. Therefore, the Interview for these division is focused on each contestant being their authentic self. The above and below applies to the Junior Teen, Teen, and Collegiate Contestant. (5min) To include a 30-sec Influencer brand pitch. We want to see how you connect with an online audience. With your brand pitch, the judges are looking for authentic delivery, organic natural flow, and clear value you see in the content of your post. (example Brand pitch for IG /TikTok /Commercial Brand post)


25 % Athletic Wear (Casting call approach. )


 (Skills Phases) Athletes must compete in one of the following phases All Music Tumbling Performance or the Co-ed Stunt Phase.  Athlete may compete in both categories. The highest score from the two phases will be applied to their overall score.


Optional A

 30% All Music  Performance (45-sec Minimum time  90- sec max time.) Individual choreographed  performance with  the following required elements in routine. All music selections must be royalty-free) 

1) Jump Combination / Score 1-5  

1) Standing Tumbling / Score 1- 5 

2) Running Tumbling Pass Score / 1-5 (a minimum of  three connected skills) 

Two 8 count Cheer section / Score 1-5 

Technique Score / 1-5 

Showmanship Score / 1- 5 


Optional B

30% Co-ed Stunt (45-sec Minimum time  90- sec max time.) Individual choreographed  performance with  the following required elements in routine. (All music selections must be royalty-free) Female (Flyer stunt parter)


A) Performers Confidence Score 1-5   

B) Difficulty of Skills Score 1- 5  

C) Overall Score 1-5 

(Connection to Music, Choreography, Visual Appeal)

D) Transitions Score 1-5 

E) Technique Score  1-5 (Proper Technique, Completion of Skills, Minimal Movement)

F) Showmanship Score 1- 5  


Stunt Partner (The Flyer is not judged but her performance is valued for your overall performance)

Rules & Expectations

  • Enrolled in Public, Private, or Homeschool. ( Vocational or professional career path for all Contestants)
  • A natural-born male. A copy of the contestant's birth certificate will be submitted at registration check-in.
  • Underage contestants must not smoke or use alcohol during their reign as an ambassador/titleholders and are encouraged to not engage in any form of underage activities.
  • Contestants of legal age to smoke or drink alcohol while representing Cheerleader America, The Haley Sue Foundation, and Thumbprint Production are required to refrain from social media posts and public engagement while wearing items or representing either organization as an ambassador or titleholder.
  • May not be married or ever been married or had a marriage annulled.
  • Each contestant should not have willingly been photographed or videoed nude or semi-nude and appeared in a digital/ printed publication or posted to the internet.
  • Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production reserves the right to use contestants' likeness for promotional content. This can be in the format of the video, photo, and audio.
  • National Titleholders agree not to hold any other national title throughout the year or contracted season of their commitment to Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production. However you may compete for state titles that would allow you to compete for a national title following your year of service. 
  • Must disclose any criminal record, felonies, or convictions of any kind. All monies paid to Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds are provided for any reason, including, but not limited to, payments made on behalf of the contestant by advertisers and sponsors and any and all fees paid to Cheerleader America USA & Thumbprint Production by contestants, supporters, sponsors, or advertisers.
  • All checks received from contestants or supporters, sponsors, or advertisers will incur an NSF fee of $35.
  • The National Office of Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production and the National Director, team members, agents, employees, and staff are not responsible for payments made to facilitators by contestants of state and regional pageant(s).
  • Consequently, any gifts, awards, or prizes forfeited by state and regional facilitators or sponsors are not the responsibility of the National Office.
  • However, if announced prizes or contracts are not honored, don't hesitate to contact the national office.
  • Registering to represent your state or regional title is a promise and commitment to attend the National Finals. You assume all responsibility for payment of all fees, including all payment and paperwork submission deadlines as established by Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production. Additionally, contestants and their parents agree to show sportsman-like behavior during and after the national pageant.
  • Any person(s) found in violation of this will not be allowed to compete with the Cheerleader America Organization and can be removed from the competition and further competitions.
  • Contestants and their parents/guardians understand and agree that judge's decisions are final, and show producers reserve the right to oversee all choices made.
  • Contestants crowned at the national pageant will be required to sign a national titleholders agreement with Thumbprint Production LLC.
  • All outstanding balances must be paid in full in order to compete at the national competition. Contestants will not receive production wardrobe, tickets, passes, etc., until payment is made in full of any outstanding balance.
  • Contestants and their parents/guardians hereby release and forever discharge Cheerleader America & Thumbprint Production LLC, its directors, employees, volunteers, and staff from any claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss, or injury resulting from participation in Cheerleader America.
  • All contestants and their parents/guardians further covenant and agree not to sue Cheerleader America USA & Thumbprint Production, its directors individually, employees, volunteers, or staff for any claim or damages or liability.
