Regional and State Coach / Facilitators

Our Regional and State Coaches (facilitators) are the hands and feet of the organization.  We seek individuals who see cheerleading, the audition process, and on-stage performance as catalysts to invest in and create opportunities for the next generation. 

(Each state is allowed to have multiple facilitators under the direction of the head Coach)

• Seek to identify and recruit females ages 4 - 25 as of January 1, 2023. 
• They demonstrate positive attitudes and a desire to serve others and their community. 
• Provides direction, assistance, and support to all contestants assigned to you. 
• Champion the young women under your leadership. 
• Identify potential sponsors and assist with organized fundraising efforts for titleholders. 
• Represent the organization on social media to strengthen the brand and communicate the core values. 
• Advocate for unity in your community 
• Commit to serving a minimum of one year.
• Maintain Monthly interaction with all athletes
